Short-stay booking agencies such as Booking.com and Vbro (formerly Homeaway) to assist us with preparing your stay, if you have booked with us on these platforms.

We use the information that you have given us in order to keep track of who are occupying our properties at any given time.
We may share this information with the authorities if we are legally obliged to or in order to support ongoing enquiries that may be in the public interest.

We keep passports and signed contracts for up to 3 years.
